“When I became a mother it took time to navigate the sudden shift in my life. As a result I was busier than I had ever been before, feeling overwhelmed and finding it difficult to relax.
Navigating through the early months on autopilot it wasn’t long until I felt like I had lost myself. Through self discovery I realized how important it was to start filling up my own cup and that’s when my love for nature and aromatherapy were truly cemented.
I am passionate about creating a brand that supports and empowers us mothers, to take small daily actions to improve our wellbeing and that our needs are important too. I truly believe that small habits can have a big impact and that self care is definitely not selfish .” Laura
